Mary has her Master's in Applied Clinical Nutrition at New York Chiropractic College and has been a personal trainer and group exercise instructor for eleven years. Mary’s philosophy in dieting and nutrition is that our lifestyle choices have more to do with our current emotional state, and our previous emotional/psychological experiences than most people realize. We must work through and conquer those things before we can truly embrace lasting change. Rather than using the word diet, Mary prefers to think of it as "adopting a new lifestyle". The motivation should be your overall health. Getting to a place where your body feels good as a whole is PRICELESS. There is no end date for that. It's a lifestyle.
